Question 1

How long does implementation actually take?

Accepted Answer

A day for the Team plan with one CRM connected. A week is typical for Growth with billing and product usage wired in. Enterprise data models with security review run two to six weeks. We do the work — you are not handed a docs site.

Question 2

Do you replace our CRM?

Accepted Answer

No. Cadence sits alongside it and keeps a two-way sync. Your reps keep working where they work; the model underneath just stops disagreeing with itself.

Question 3

What happens to our data if we leave?

Accepted Answer

Full export in open formats within 24 hours of asking, including the derived model and history. No exit fee, no retention hold. It is written into the contract.

Question 4

Is it secure enough for our review?

Accepted Answer

SOC 2 Type II, annual penetration tests, regional data residency in the US and EU, SSO and SCIM on Enterprise. Our security package goes out under NDA the same day you ask.

Question 5

Can we try it before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 21-day trial on your real data with a solutions engineer helping set it up. No credit card, and we will tell you if the fit is wrong.

Question 6

What does support look like?

Accepted Answer

One business day on Team, a shared Slack channel with a named engineer on Growth and above. Not a chatbot, and not a queue in a different time zone.
