Iron on the ground

What shows up when we mobilise

Owned, not rented. That is why our start date does not move when a rental yard is short.

Method

Six steps from bid to backfill

The same sequence on a $200k slab and a $9M structure.

  1. Day 1–3

    Takeoff

Quantities off your drawings, not a square-foot guess. Assumptions listed in writing.

  2. Day 5

    Bid

Line-item proposal with the scope split spelled out — what is ours, what is not.

  3. Week 1–3

    Preconstruction

Shoring engineering, pour sequencing, traffic and dust plans submitted before mobilisation.

  4. Week 4

    Mobilise

Our iron, our operators. Site fenced, monitored and swept daily from day one.

  5. Ongoing

    Execute

Daily reports with photos, quantities placed and tomorrow’s plan by 6pm.

  6. Final week

    Close out

Test results, as-builts and warranty package delivered inside ten days of final pour.

Bid questions

What estimators ask us

How fast can you turn a bid?

Five business days for anything under $5M, ten for structures. If your bid date is tighter, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it justice.

Do you self-perform or broker?

Everything on our scope list is self-performed with our own crews and our own iron. We do not broker concrete or demolition to anyone.

What is your EMR and safety record?

EMR is 0.71. All supervisors carry MIOSHA 30 and we run weekly documented toolbox talks. Full mod-rate letters go out with every bid package.

Can you pour in winter?

Yes. We pour to 15°F with blankets, heated enclosures and adjusted mixes, and we write the cold-weather protection into the price rather than as an extra.

Are you bonded?

Bonded to $12M single, $30M aggregate. Bonding company letter available on request.

What about the material you take out?

Concrete is crushed and reused on site wherever the spec allows. We diverted 86% of demolition material last year and the tickets are in every close-out package.

Got a bid date?

Send drawings and addenda. You will get a real number with the scope split written out, not a placeholder.
